Ed Ault designed the golf course at Oak Tree
Country Club in 1967. The course was built around
around four lakes that come into play on seven
holes. The course is known for its large undulated
greens and beautiful landscaping. A scenic
covered bridge on the 8th hole is visible from
several areas on the course. There are
approximately sixty large sand bunkers on the course. The fairways are tree lined
and bordered by a generous cut of rough. The course's signature hole is #18,
a 407 - yard, par 4, requiring an accurate tee shot
between two fairway bunkers, then an approach shot
over a lake, highlighted by a scenic fountain, to the
 green.

Surveys in the past have rated Oak Tree Country Club
as one on the best golf courses to play in Western
Pennsylvania. Oak Tree has hosted many golf
tournaments for the Tri-State Professional Golfer's
Association, the West Penn Golf Association and the
Pennsylvania Golf Association. The affordable rates to play this great golf course
make it one of the best values in golf.
