Annual Fees
Full Golf - Family	This membership applies to all members of the immediate family including children up to the age of 19, or 25 if he or she is attending college. This membership entitles all members of the immediate family to full privileges of the Club.
Full Golf - Single	This membership applies to all individuals single or married that do not wish to have family privileges. This membership entitles the member to full privileges of the Club.
NON-RESIDENT*	This membership applies to members who reside outside a 42-mile shortest driving distance of Oak Tree Country Club. A non-resident member may not establish a temporary residence or a place of business within a 42-mile shortest driving distance for more than a 30-day period and retain a non-resident status.

NON-RESIDENT - Extended*	This membership applies to all persons, married or unmarried, who reside outside a 72-mile shortest driving distance of Oak Tree Country Club. A non-resident member may not establish a temporary resident or a place of business within a 72-mile shortest driving distance for more than a 30-day period and retain a non-resident extended status. This membership entitles the members of the immediate family to full privileges of the Club.
Partial Golf/Social	This membership applies to all members married or unmarried, including the immediate family that wishes to have pool / tennis privileges and participate in special club activities. This membership entitles the members to golf with remittance of reduced green fees.
Partial Golf ONLY	This membership applies to all members married or unmarried that do not partake in the swimming pool / tennis amenities. This membership entitles the members of the immediate family to golf with remittance of reduced green fees and to participate in special club activities.
Social	This membership applies to all members married and unmarried that do not partake in golf activities. This membership entitles all members of the immediate family to participate in swimming pool / tennis amenities and special club activities.
Corporate	Corporate Memberships are designed to accommodate a Company that may have two or more people joining the Club. Member applicants must be directly associated with the Corporation. The Corporation will own the membership provided it remains active and all fees are current. The Corporation may replace an individual on the membership with the payment of a minimal transfer fee. A new Corporate Replacement must go through the Membership Enrollment Process and must be approved by the Club’s Membership Committee. Corporate Members pay the same fee structure as all other memberships.

Corporate	Depends on Membership Type	The Corporation may replace an individual on the membership.

The Annual Fee billing cycle runs from February 1st through January 31st. New members joining throughout the remainder of the season will pay a 12 month Annual Fee with a pro-rated credit applied to the following year upon conversion to the standard annual cycle on February 1st..
