Banquet
Information and Contract
Thank
you for considering Oak Tree by Medure's for your upcoming event. The following
is a list of general information to assist you in your planning.
- Round tables
dressed with white linen will be set to occupy eight or ten people. There are
a variety of colored napkins in which to choose.

All necessary White Skirting will be provided.

You may provide your own skirting and/or linen. In addition, we can provide you
with many options of custom linens, chair covers, and napkins for an additional
fee.

Where applicable, there will be a fee of $.50/person for traying cookies and $.75/person
for cutting your cake.

Oak Tree by Medure's will provide all food and beverage. There will be no outside
food or beverage permitted.

Room rental fees will be based on the type of event and number of guests in attendance.

A deposit of $500 will be required for use of the Ballroom, $250 for Fireside
Dining Room, $150 for Formal Dining Room and $100 for use of the Boardroom. The
deposit will be applied toward the final event charges. A full refund will be
made if notice of cancellation is given a minimum of 90 days prior to the scheduled
function.

The number of guests and menu must be provided no less than 14 days prior to the
scheduled function.

A final count is required 4 days prior to the event. You will be charged for the
guaranteed count or the amount served, whichever is greater.

There is a 5-hour limit for all events with a minimum of $100 per hour after this
limit.

Oak Tree by Medure's is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in designated
areas.

Payment is due 72 hours prior to the event. Payment may be made by member charge,
cash, check or credit card.

Rice, Confetti, and Glitter are not permitted on the premises.

Only Oak Tree by Medure's personnel are permitted behind the bars and kitchen
areas.

Oak Tree by Medure's shall not be liable for damage to, or loss of any merchandise,
samples, equipment, or any goods or personal property exhibited, displayed or
left in any area of the club.

The person signing this Agreement will be responsible for Oak Tree by Medure's
items missing or damaged.
- All food is subject to a 6% Sales Tax and 20% service charge.

keep in mind the menus attached are merely suggestions and can be modified at
